Our goal was to find a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the executive team to serve as the key resource on all financial matters to include leading the development of both the long-term financial plan and the annual operating and capital budgets. Shea spent over 16 years in finance with BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. where she started as a senior accountant and held various roles with progressive growth to include Sr. Manager, financial reporting, corporate reporting and analysis, to corporate planning and VP of Planning.  Her experience coupled with her collaborative nature made her a clear match with the Café Rio team.
